Отличное расположение, очень вежливый персонал, хороший Wi-Fi. Пользовались трансфером от отеля - недорого, очень удобно. Достаточно чисто, проблем с сантехникой не было. Завтрак - шведский стол, хороший, но несколько однообразный. Очень вкусные пироги с капустой!

Достаточно комфортный отель для отдыха и осмотра достопримечательностей города. Номера оснащены всем необходимым, индивидуальные средства гигиены (набор для чистки зубов, мыло, шампуни, гели), тапочки, чайный набор и тд. (правда странно что в чайном наборе отсутствует сахар). Чистый номер, большая кровать, телевидение. На рецепции самая отзывчивая администратор Ольга. Очень приличные завтраки, вкусно и сытно. Но вот тут есть НО, завтраки проходят в ресторане Ferrum, из этого же ресторана осуществляется room service, мы воспользовались этой услугой дважды, тк меню состоит из 1го листочка то выбор не большой, первый ужин был очень вкусным и без нареканий, на следующий день перед вылетом так же заказали еду в номер (при чем ту же самую что и за день До) и по итогу через 2-3 часа получили сильнейшее отравление. Видимо рыба хранится не правильно, то ли сроки годности не соблюдаются. При обращении в отель за комментариями было сказано «обращайтесь в роспортеб», на следующий день я так же сама связалась с управляющей и она сделала возврат д/с за этот обед. К сожалению само руководство не считает нужным урегулировать такие ситуации, хотя администраторы были уведомлены о произошедшем. Хорошего отдыха всем читающим и аккуратнее с данным рестораном!
