Trip and stay at Sinclairs resort was excellent. Food was also very good. Hospitality and behaviour housekeeping and receptionists was excellent. The view through windows was marvellous & unforgettable. Room service & cleanliness was also very good. They well maintained cleanliness of all area.The room was impeccably clean, offering a serene and scenic view that added to the sense of relaxation. Thank you Housekeeping Manager for your kind hospitality and thank you for making overall a memorable stay. Sinclairs Retreat in Kalimpong is generally well-regarded for its location, views and service. It's a good choice for travelers looking to enjoy peaceful retreat with good amenities.

This is our second visit …We loved the stay in your hotel. The surrounding view from hotel was very beautiful. On service part, I had never seen such a quick service in any hotel. You ring housekeeping/ service group and here he is in front of the room within 1 min.This was the standout for me. Food was also good. Got satisfactory support from housekeeping, especially from Housekeeping Manager. Thank you very much. Hope to meet again in future.

Very good hotel in kalimpong, side vews nice, Hotel room is very nice. Clean goodness all areas. Fooding is good. Hotels all staff behavior is good, all housekeeping staff are very good in their services. Hotel housekeeping manager and reception lady is very kind and helpful. We all team from COCOCOLA enjoyed a lot. Planning to visit again.

Sinclairs Retreat is a beautiful resort located in the lush greenery and scenic hills of Darjeeling Hills. The property offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. I appreciate the Hard work of the team . Housekeeping Manager and team are very much appreciable for their professional behavior and their great hospitability. I recommend everyone to visit this place once. Thank you for great experience. I recently stayed at the Sinclairs Hotel, and my experience was outstanding. The check-in process was quick and the staff were incredibly welcoming. My room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning Darjeeling Hill view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering everything from fresh to made-to-order omelets. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped small gym and the swimming pool, were top-notch and added to the overall experience. The location is perfect,the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout special mention housekeeping Manager Mr Sunil Acharya and Suraj,Birun,Tara,Soneya, Nisha.I highly recommend the Sinclairs Kalimpong Hotel for a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

We always prefer Sinclairs as they provide us with the best facilities. Rooms are well decorated ,spcaious and well maintained.The food is awesome and staff as always is very courteous and the best ,specially from house keeping Mr.Sunil,Kavita and Nisha and from reception Ms Bimit Mr. Sourav and from restaurant Mr. Raju and team.The beds are soft and there is a fireplace and there is a very good view from balcony and reception.We prefer always to stay at Sinclairs Retreat , Kalimpong.
