One of the premium properties in kalimpong. The view from the open lawn outside tiffany is breathtaking. Rooms are large and beds were very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and courteous. They would greet you and help you with any thing you need. In one word wow.. Highly recommend.

Awsome stay and all the amenities were availaible... Quick room service.... awsome view of kanchanjunga from balcony..everything was great.. Pool,spa,gym, playing area, sunset view point everything was there.... Mayfair has justified its 5 star rating

The view from this hotel is amazing. Hospitality and behaviour of the staff is commendable. It was my wife and sons birthday so we had a great time. Aruna, the housekeeping staff was very helpful. They had arranged for a cake and decorated the room before we checked in for my wife. Also Manoj the F&B manager helped us in dinner and lunch selections and other activities.

Stayed at Mayfair kalimpong for 4 days...n everything was just perfect...food was delicious..had ample choices ..our daughter had the best time playing n interacting with the staff...the housekeeping girls Ms Saraswati n Ms Christina made sure the room was in its best form ...tidy n beautiful...thanks to the chefs for preparing a beautiful cake for us..would love to visit again soon

Everything except the washroom has some bad smell and rest other things are superb and fantastic at all the service levels ......one thing if the TV s could be connected to the internet that makes the whole room par experience, meeting almost all the expectations.

The hotel very proudly claims that all the beds in the property are King Size. However, that claim is completely misleading and all the beds are queen size. When we told them we specifically booked King Size bed we were given empty statements to investigate all the beds in the property and they are of exactly same size.
