Very cosy and nice stay . The staff was well mannered and we felt very comfortable. The location was outstanding especially the lawn.Mr Suraj from restaurant has made a cake for our anniversary which was a very delicious. Mr Mahadev and Mr vikrant greeted us with a great smile

Clean and spacious room. Located near to main street. Scenic view of Kunchenjunga is seen from the window. Front office reception very welcoming and helpful. Imran and Swikriti very polite and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner buffet very tasty with plenty of variety. Hi tea with snacks and bakery products very tasty. Pritika in restaurant very polite and helpful. Travel desk Kiran helped me to get cab for sightseeing. From home at 6am Kiran sent me WhatsApp message with car details, an extra initiative by Kiran. Overall an excellent and comfortable stay.

Excellent customer service Mr Arijit Das.Chef Ayush apart from the great Looking forward to visit the place once again.Even the service crew has a very pleasant attitude.The Neptune bar staffs always gives a service with smile.We had a wonderful experience altogether!!!

We recently stayed at Fortune Resort, Kalimpong and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would like to mention here few names: Mr Suman ji and Miss Sukriti from front desk and Mr Arijit, Suraj, Cyrus and Miss extra ordinary (Elbina) from restaurant for their carefulness and pampering we received during our stay. And requesting management to treat them with a Goa trip. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very good hotel in Kalimpong ....everyone enjoyed their stay . The location and views from the hotel are great. The rooms are well appointed and food is excellent . The staff are also very good and well trained. Will definitely recommend using this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Fortune Resorts, Kalimpong. The staff here are exceptional - friendly, attentive and go beyond to make your stay memorable. The food is a highlight, with delicious options catering to all regions of India as well as tasty continental selections. The ambiance is charming and serene, blending perfectly with the natural beauty of Kalimpong. Although it’s a little far from Darjeelingor Gangtok, it’s absolutely worth the journey. Kalimpong also offers good adventures and tourist places. The resort is also an excellent choice for hosting functions, with its spacious setting and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalimpong!

Unparalleled views, panoramic scenery, lovely bed and pillows, very helpful staff, courteous and polite. The visit turned out to be compelling and we will love to come back to unwind. Normally Darjeeling is supposed to have better views, but, in spite of the fact that Darjeeling views were wonderful, what we saw and experienced here was serendipity at its best
