Our experience was awesome. The hospitality was excellent and food was great. I want to mention specially Reshap Gurung who took personalized care and helped us in every aspect. I want to visit again with my family......................

Amazong views and comfortable rooms. Mr. Reshap, restaurant manager was on point, very helpful and accomodating. He with his staff catered to our needs. We had dinner and breakfast, both of which was extremely tasty and fulling. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone travelling to Kalimpong.

We have booked queen suit room but bathroom was found smelly and afterwards we come to know that Water closet broken and all the poop is leaking in bathroom, room was changed but with no view, we have to sacrifice our good view room with no discount was offered and again with smelly bathroom with no amenities in bathroom, tea was served without flask which was cold and after complaining no one replace it and charged on room. power cut was frequent which leave us standard in bathroom without water.Staff is the only good thing in this hotel, this property is not worth the money we paid

We have Stayed at this hotel with Family on a sudden short trip at Kalimpong. They are very cordial and & their service very good. I have stayed with family . View from room is very nice. My Recommendation is to room # 301 to have clear view of Kanchenjunga. But Their food price is much higher then local other restaurant which i think they need to work on. Hotel have Domino's Pizza at Ground floor which is a Plus for family with kids :). My children enjoyed staying here.

Service was good, rooms were pretty nice, food was also very good, the staff of the hotel was very cooperative and nice. Was a beautiful experience staying at this hotel. It was very helpful to get parking in this hotel and i am glad I booked this hotel.

Very nice property. All amenities are provided. Location is good, not too far from main market area. Rooms are clean and well maintained and provides nice view of Kanchenjunga. Staff are well behaved. Restaurant is located on fourth floor but no lift is there so might be difficult for older people. Good restaurants and cafes are nearby. Overall it was a good stay.

The property is like one building, it like PG not at all worth the money which we paid actually. We had booked it through travel agent and they suggested this property, but not at all worth it never book it for free if u r coming for tour and enjment
