Orias Guesthouse & Farm

A little piece of fairy tale on earth! This guesthouse isn’t just a place to stay — it’s an experience. Fresh air, the sounds of nature, farm-fresh breakfasts, and walks among gentle donkeys and friendly cats that love cuddles. The hosts make you feel like you’ve come home. I truly didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at Orias Guesthouse and Farm on our wine tour of the Pelopenese region of Greece. Yannis, Marianthi and their team made us feel welcome right away. The setting among the hills is gorgeous with spectacular views of the mountains surrounding the farm. The peace and quiet was only occasionally broken by the tinkling of the bells around the necks of the sheep as a farmer led them down the road to a new pasture. The rooms are set among 3 buildings with a separate breakfast building. The accomidations are very comfortable with everything you need for your stay including tioletries and a kitchenette which we didn't need to use. Every room had a covered porch, seating area and a fireplace as well. We had the great fortune of Yannis and his friend cooking for our group the 3 nights we were there. They cooked our entire meal outside on coals every night. Some of us even helped make the salad, cutting the vegetables and adding the oil and spices. Marinanthi and team made our breakfast every morning. It was simple yet delicous with a variety of meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and pastries. I truly enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm hospitality of Yannis and Marianthi.

We had an amazing stay in Orias. We needed a place to recharge and that was it! The people that work there are warm,kind and they really want to help you feel nice while you stay in the guesthouse. The breakfast made by Stamatis was great(especially the omelet) and the owner (John) helped us find activities in the area. We will definitely visit again!
