For the person who just need a basic room and bathroom, it’s fine. No other real facilities though, so bring you own refreshments. At check-in, there was no elevator and we have to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. They didn't call me by my name, but instead referred to me as the 3rd party name.

+ Good soft mattress and pillows.
+ Close to some food shops for breakfast/lunch.
+ Kind receptionists.
+ Good air-conditioning.
+ Cheap laundry service (washing only) for 30 baht.
- Noisy birds near the hotel. They are loud all night long, and the hotel room has no windows that can be closed (open glass slats with a bug screen in front).
Nobody in Kalasin knows of a place to rent a motorbike. Therefore we shortened our stay and moved on.

This hotel is very old, the toilet door and water pipes are broken, the wall is peeling off. Because we arrived late, we did not specifically ask to change rooms. I believe that every room is similar. I have put it on the bad list.

The room is spacious, there is enough parking space, it is on the main road, convenient to travel, it is worth the price, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable, the staff helped deliver the luggage to the room because we booked 4 rooms to help carry it for my parents. The room is not new but it is usable. We booked it near the temple where we will make merit.
