酒店位於山腳下，是兩棟住宅樓中間的的一個二層樓，沒有電梯，進入賓館需要爬一層樓的台階，車位不是很多，賓館房間不大，一進屋有股臭腳丫子味，不知是地毯的味兒，還是樓下游泳館的味兒。床品舒適，中央空調、智能馬桶、智能淋浴器，前台大姐很熱情，怕我們從地庫找不到出口，下來領路還幫着拿行李，非常感謝。從賓館有石階小路可以爬到北山公園的山頂，俯瞰喀喇沁旗的全貌。

頭天晚上突然洗着洗着就不熱了，後來也不知道熱水還有閘，弄的澡洗的也不舒服，早上想洗個澡出門，結果還是不熱打了前台電話，結果是跳閘了，熱水燒了最少30分鐘根本不熱，現在的天氣那邊涼水的話特別涼，熱水沒有就簡直了，早上着急走，本來想洗個澡，結果等了半天也沒燒熱，澡也沒洗成，這是住店最不好的體驗！

賓館環境很好，在街的盡頭，小山下，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，智能馬桶智能洗浴噴頭，老闆服務熱情，可以有早餐。
