衞生想給0分 枕頭上帶着血 馬桶圈上殘留藍色的潔廁液 馬桶應該沒好好刷過 有一圈污漬
酒店餐廳的菜難吃就算了 吃一半發現一根彎曲的毛
菜退了 床品換了 服務態度也還好
但是這些本來就不應該出現的問題讓人噁心壞了
除了離美林谷近 沒有任何優點

房間裝修有年頭了，但酒店門口就是風景，可以露營，適合帶長者孩子入住，不累，很舒服！服務也很好，熱情！

真無語。。。房間裏有活蟲子死蟲子，窗台上都是死蒼蠅，褥子底下好多頭髮，浴室排水口也都是頭髮，刷牙杯里有幹了的牙膏沫，找前台加了一床被子，拿來一打開，夾着3隻死蒼蠅。。。 再也不會訂這裏了，真可怕！

住過2次，酒店正規安靜，就在滑雪場門口，賞景滑雪方便，晚上也能看星空。就是入口處又建了酒店，開始導航不太準確，饒了2次才步入正軌，有自己的停車場

酒店在美林算是最大的，位置好就在滑雪場門口。房間設施有點老，隔音有點差。

這是我住過最差的一次酒店，辦理入住竟然等了10分鐘前台一個人都沒有，560的房間也是差的沒法説，親子房就是一個大通鋪，床單也很臟

中規中矩，沒有空調，房間還是有點潮味，打開窗户好點，早餐還可以，沒有牛奶，服務人員還給找了兩盒牛奶。

房間面積比較大，採光通風都不錯，就是衞生真的差勁了，毛巾好像上一次都沒洗換，就直接掛上了，一打開裏面還有頭髮。浴缸裏都是灰，用水一刷都是一道一道的印子，這麼偏僻的地方，也就湊活住吧。
