Location is in the city centre, nearby to all hotspots. Property is all well maintained and facilities are good. Ambience of the facility is really nice and food is also good.

I'm disappointed with the service at the hotel restaurant. Although I paid for dinner and breakfast when booking, the staff seems to be treating us poorly, almost as if the meal is complimentary.
