Good stay. Excellent service changed my opinion a lot. I am very grateful for this enjoyable stay, especially the restaurant service. I did not expect it to be this wonderful and diverse. I found everything I wanted and I thank team alot for there wonderful activity and fulfilling requests in a distinctive way.Manjusha ,Rama,Prasanthı,Namratha,and pawan wonderful team ın reception and make your stay much better ı do appreciate their great efforts that they provided. Beautiful hotel. Got a suite room which is ok for at least 6 people. Huge 2 beds which can accommodate 6 people. Pillows are fluffy. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant is awesome. Huge no. of foodstuffs. Pinky Thapa and Riya Sharma helped me a lot to choose the foodstuffs. They are really helpful and committed to their work.

The north indian food was delicious and the credit goes to the smiling chef and staff. Also giving 5 soaked almonds for morning give memory of my childhood time when my mother used to give in the every morning. Food north amd south both wad delicious. Also giving pillow choice . Thanks to the management and staff.

Mr Kumaresan, Subrajit Das, Ms Barsha, ms priya sinha has done an awesome services during my staying at hotel wherever if i need to stay for one more time i would ever suggest to stay here because it is one of the finest hotel in kakinada and moreover i would say the hospitality was outstanding thank you

From the front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, room service, and even the employee at the front gate, every interaction showed that Service with a Smile is their way of life, not just a motto. I was most impressed by how this positive spirit was consistent across all departments, which is a clear sign of strong leadership and an empowered team. I want to give special praise to the Human Resources team and the Leadership team, for their key role in creating such a spirited and guest-focused environment. It is rare to see a hotel's promise of good service match its actions so perfectly. They provide thoughtful hospitality, attentive service, and a team that genuinely enjoys making guests happy. recently stayed at GRT Grand Kakinada and was genuinely impressed — not just by the property itself, but by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Special mention to Bibin and Pinky at the restaurant — their service was simply exceptional. They remembered our preferences after just one visit and went out of their way to make every meal a pleasant experience. Friendly, thoughtful, and always professional — they really made us feel at home. At the front desk, Manjusha was courteous and efficient, making our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. She was always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions whenever we had questions about local spot or transport. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the overall ambiance had a calm, comfortable feel to it. But it was the people who made the stay stand out. Highly recommended if you're in Kakinada and want a stay that feels both profesional and personal.
