GRT HOTEL IS VERY GOOD AND CLEAN I LIKE THIS HOTEL Good ambience. Well dressed. Good food.. good location. Very good facilities in the room. I have visited this place 2 times and my overall experience was great I.e. rooms are in good condition breakfast quality food are available staff members are humble and coperative Especially @TITHI DAS @RAMA LAKSHMI @PRAMODHA Whenever I entered in the hotel they always received me with a good smile and they explained me about vaijayanthi mala very well

The hotel was too good with beautiful ambience. Flawless movement at hotel due to professional staff. A bit expensive room & food but justified as my concern was addressed immediately. Customers who come to a new place need suggestion & that was also fulfilled through reception desk staff. Keep doing good work!

They stay was awesome and I specifically want mention in my feedback Ms. panisha and Mr.saleem from front desk they both are really wonderful they are very helpful throughout my stay and available when I need them for any assistance ,The rooms are comfortable and hygiene, Worth for the price , I would definitely prefer this hotel for my forther stay, I'll suggest this hotel to my friends and families. Have a great stay and experience, met such a nice people in hotel like panisha .

Excellent service. Nice rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kakinada. Very surprised with this little jewel as much better than other hotels i have stayed in Kakinada before. Till 2025 and thank you for you service.

Excellent service at restaurant by Shantipriya, Suvabrata Das,Sumitra,Kumaresan,Ruma. Front office people Pramoda,Sumana and Vamshi are doing great job. Kamesh at gym doing best service. Room service is good. Stay is comfortable. Overall experience is too good.

Everything is excellent and I have been very comfortable, and staff have been very very co-operative and excellent service they provided me, All and all is 5 star and this is best hotel in all areas of service and specially I want to thanked panisha for the best service she provides and I was very humble and kind towards me, throughout my stay she guides me and taken care of me, for Sure I'll be back to this place.

Nice stay...neat rooms, excellent and tasty food,most courteous staff... Special reference to Chef Mr.Khan, and his staff like Mr. Trilochan, lady from Darjeeling,Jharkand and banquet manager from Tamilnadu...and most of the front office staff..

Best stay , well trained staff , clean and neat , comfortable beds . Breakfast had several options . Very close to all the prime locations and beach . Friendly staff and in room dinning is excellent . Swimming pool is well Makntained , thy had good fitness centre .
