Excellent service. Everything was adorable. I loved the food and service. The staff is amazing they serve people with so much love and care. Professionalised work. I loved the service of a few people I would like to name the people Ms Barsha, Ruma, Shantipriya, Kumaresan.

Not work in standard format. I came to know that others rooms they used to keep soaked almonds for morning use but was never kept in my room. One day they did not give complementary fruits in my room. Laundary items in list were inflated for which I had to call for correct. Most of time for asking water they either forgot or took too much time. Might have done this seeing me as elderly guy having rural look. Not good attitude to differentiate on bases of someone 's appearance.

Yes everything is great and wonderful thanks to Barsha, Shantipriya, Tamil, Subrajit Das, Pramoda, Bipin, Pinky for there excellent service. We had a wonderful time. The food and everything was superb. We enjoyed every bit about it. Thankyou GRT for the wowww experience.

Mutakim, Barsha,Pinky I want to appreciate over and above. Hotel needs to work on the carpets they are quite old either replace or frequent cleaning as damp smell due to them. AC needs to be resolved in restaurant and in common area. All staff behaviour is nice.

Ambience is top notch and 5/5 for the hospitality Food here tastes very delicious especially the Sundays afternoon buffet. Overall it's a very good experience. The hotels location is perfect and easy to Delicious cuisine which caters to various tastes and cultures. The hotel is stylish and equipped with all modern facilities.

Being locals, we are regulars at the in-house restaurant Garden Cafe. We had the Great Sunshine Breakfast and it was a refreshing spread. From fresh produce to crafted bread, traditional south indian breakfast choices and continental options, everything was just delicious. My kids had the best time bingeing on the pancakes and french toast. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week here. Amazing hotel for both stay and food. Truly made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Garden cafe restuarant is a very good place for good food and vibes. We were taken care by a wonderful team of Mushtaqim khan, pinky thapa, thamizh and priya. Bets wishes for the entire team at GRT Grand for their great work. Keep it up!!
