I booked room with window but I get room without window and the receptionist said the one that appear is from traveloka not Trip.com, im not sure why. Plus, Im not satisfied with the hotel cleanliness the room + the toilet. So, Iโll not repeat to stay here. Sorry for the honest review.

The staff were nice but I stayed there for 3 days there's no housekeeping came to my room and clean the room. Other than that, it was a good stay

You got what youโve paid for . As there is no elevator , might be a hassle for older people with knee problems and heavy luggages .

I plan to book a room for a month because i have project in bangi next month.. but since they didnt approve my cancellation request due to wrong date i choseโฆi need to fond another hotel..and another providerโฆ trip.com not so user friendly

We really enjoy this trip @ avenue bangi hotel. Room and beds so big. The staff was bery friendly. Near to bangi wonderland water prk. Everything good. Recommended to stay .

AT around 3pm stmg sudennly a man come in my room . luckly it was't when i take bath when he come in. After i ask why come in and he just answer me he got the master key room , and i also dont know why he suddenly come in. When i go down ask reseption and say maybe is a room sevice . i dont know what exactly it is .
