I do really recommend for those who have early flight or a bit late arrival flight. It's near the Kansai airport. just took a train around 15-20min to Kaizuka station and walk for 5min.
It's business hotel, but it's not bad with reasonable price. I love Japanese breakfast style (If you didn't add it while you book, ask reception for this service again. it's 700(or 770 yen if i'm wrong). You will have a real 'breakfast set'. That's cool.

The hotel location is near the metro station and Kansai airport. It's easy to find only the room, which does have 1 lamp and no wifi, feel dark only for sleep because it couldn't read anything should be improved the lights.

The hotel is dated but very clean. Everything is well functioned. I stayed there one night before flying back home and it was worth staying. A big supermarket is near the train station which is 5 minutes walking distance. If the room is available, you don't need to wait until 3 pm.

24-hour counter, luggage can be stored, bicycles can be rented + 2 rows of comic books can be borrowed for free 👍, many TV channels can be watched, bathtub + bathrobe~~ It is close to the Nanhai Railway line. After picking up your luggage, you can transfer from the Nanhai Line It’s really convenient to take the Kansai Airport Line

The facilities and building are old, but there are no problems using them. There is a convenience store nearby, so it is convenient.
There are only smoking rooms, so I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell didn't bother me that much.
I was able to stay cheaply even though hotel prices have risen due to the Osaka Expo.

It was close to the station and the front desk staff were very quick and helpful. It was about a 25-minute walk from Kansai International Airport.
The outlets were the old type that made it difficult to use the AC adapter, but the ones on the desks etc. worked fine.
