首先感謝酒店升級了房型。 酒店非常美麗，古樸，房屋設施也很完善。看得出來裝修是花了很多心血的。 但是酒店服務實在和裝修差太多，完全配不上那麼好的裝修。第一天入住，前台小姐姐全程沒有一個笑容，我們吃飯回來，她在門口看見我們，迅速眼神避開，走開了。下午我們想加床被子，前台説他們不會套被子，套枕頭，客房部的阿姨下班了，讓我們自己套。第二天出門回來客房沒有打掃，早餐還放着，垃圾也沒收，聯繫了前台阿姨才來打掃，互相指責沒通知打掃。這不應該跟客人説，非常的離譜。早餐種類也很少，吐司片小饅頭都沒有。 那麼好的酒店，服務衞生這樣，再好的酒店也經不起這樣不上心的情況，現在還佔個新酒店，衞生問題還不突出，那時間長了 不好好維護怎麼行呢？ 這也不是我一個客人這樣評價了，住宿的客人好幾個提出服務意識的建議，希望管理者重視。 我一般不寫評價，默認好評，但是這次看見這種情況真是痛心疾首，真的很喜歡你們酒店，希望你們重視一下，越來越好，長長久久。
