來開遠一貫入住金鋭達，雖然不是新裝修，但各方面還不錯，唯獨這一次入住，感覺糟糕。當天19點左右入住後，放下行李就去家人開的另一個房間説事情，22點左右才回房間，因為累了一天，簡單洗漱就休息了，沒有對房間物品認真檢查，第二天退房時被告知其中一個枕頭被墨水污染且無法洗凈，向前台反覆解釋隨身物品沒有鋼筆或者墨水，不是我們作為、不應該擔責，酒店的理由簡單而絕對，入住的時候我們應該認真檢查，發現問題及時反映給前台，既然住到次日，視為我們入住時房間物品沒有問題，就這樣，因為入住時沒有檢查房間，最後扣按金10元，無語
