服務熱情禮貌，連負責早餐的大姐都非常親切，旁邊就是開原老字號點心鋪“淵泉豐”，買伴手禮非常方便，距離早市夜市和商業步行街都很近，位置極佳，下次來開原繼續探訪《馬大帥》取景地還來你家住！

前台服務很好。價格很便宜。酒店整體感覺有設施有點舊，浴室的下水有點緩慢。樓道里和電梯、大堂沙發處經常有人抽煙，所以總是有煙味。
