房間舒適乾淨整潔明亮，大廳電梯裏面衞生不太好，有煙頭有異味，服務員態度一般，不是很熱情，也不很差，住了三天，開發票時候讓我自己走攜程上開，操作了幾分鐘也沒有搞定，讓服務員幫忙她説必須自己操作，就這點不太滿意，其餘方面還是比較滿意的，下次去開原市還會選擇這個入住

這個酒店是住店以來感覺最好的一個，雖然它不是最貴的，但總體感覺是最好的，很超值

前台服務人員態度很好，熱心為客人解決問題。酒店本身設施老舊了些，熱水需要放10分鐘以上才出來。走廊和電梯間有煙味兒。據説馬上就要裝修了，希望裝修以後這些問題會得到改善。
