從來沒有住過那麼差的温泉酒店。第一服務差，洗浴中心前台沒有工作人員，才早上十點五十就説去吃午飯了，一個人沒有，沒有服務。住店的客人，一張毛巾也不給#服務服務態度極差！#衞生衞生不好，沒有生意為什麼還那麼不乾淨？入住酒店一股兒異味，下面的洗浴中心16個池子衹開了7個，恆温游泳池是冷水，而且上面都是漂浮的渣渣，一點都不乾淨，一看就是沒有換過水。功能室都沒有打掃全是灰，沒有一個娛樂室是可以用的！#性價比性價比一點沒有，環境不好，設施不好，衞生不好，最重要的是服務態度極差

四百左右的房價床上和衞生間都存在有毛髮和客房人員反映後。説換一間但是得自己跑去跑來換房卡。唉😮💨……結果換了房後發現還是一樣的問題……大晚上的也不想折騰了。將就將就對付一晚。

很少評論，這次是真心評價，我覺得酒店不錯，我們是元旦假期來的，價格實惠，房間很乾凈，竟然有地暖，就問問貴陽有幾個有地暖的酒店，住着非常舒適，對於我這個怕冷的人體驗感及佳，然後園區不大但是開放的温泉也夠用，水也挺乾淨的，反正我覺得挺好的，避開那幾家熱門温泉，這裏很幽靜，很不錯，還會來！

房間中式風格，裝修比較新。
設施：維護很不錯。
衞生：衞生尚可，沒有什麼不滿意。
環境：環境不錯，青山綠水，安靜。室內泳池相當不錯。
服務：服務不錯，有禮貌。

酒店房間是含温泉的，下樓就是温泉泡池，不需要再換卡，這一點很方便。房間設施就是基本標間配置，當然價格不貴，能接受。至於服務，不管是樓層還是泡池區，基本看不到服務員，談何服務。當然，最不能接受的是，温泉泡池竟然隔夜不換水。第一天中午去水已經很臟，直到晚上十點多客人還在泡，第二天一早六點多起來發現泡池還是昨天的水，池邊多處散落着沒穿走的浴袍和拖鞋。最無法容忍的是找服務人員問什麼時候能換水，竟然不加思索的説換過水了，還補充一句昨天晚上十一點就換好了，看來如此毫無誠信的話不止説了一天兩天

整體情況很不錯，温泉除了一個池子以外，其他都是熱的，泡得很舒服。不過有一節，我希望酒店改善，就是你們那個門鎖經常打不開，還有就是房間比較潮濕，沒有烘乾機，其他還是很滿意的

衞生間地上總是有漏水，進到房間一股屎味，露天泳池裡全是死蚊子，葉子，温度表也沒度數，漏了洗面奶在他們那裡，打電話也説找不到，早餐也差得，每次去衹有麪粉
