The breakfast is so good here. If you sleep here be sure to eat breakfast - dont skip it. Otherwise, free parking outside is a very big PLUS. It is rather away from the city center, and there is just a supermarket nearby that you can visit. The room with the sofa is a very good room - sadly this hotel is nearly booked out every time i check - the ladies at the desk are very helpful and have read their lines, they are happy to repeat them. This is a hotel that is mainly visited by Americans, so do expect a different crowd. Americans do like to socialize here.
My family had an excellent stay here for 2 nights Nov 2024. Great location and walkable to the city center and the train station. Loved that there was a small grocery store across the plaza. The hotel breakfast was amazing and I looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean and felt very modern (all except for the shag carpet). The staff was very friendly and helpful (and happy to accommodate my large extended family of 14 people). The only negative was it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the street. The hotel is located on a busy part of the town, but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. We had a lovely stay.
I have stayed several times at this Holiday Inn Express. I stay here for only 2 reasons. It is close to where I have meetings; number 2 reason is I am an IHG reward member. If it weren't for these 2 reasons I would gladly stay elsewhere. The place isn't bad, it just isn't better than average. When you stay at a HIE you really aren't looking for much. A bed, wifi, hopefully a fitness center and some kind of breakfast. It doesn't have a fitness center and the parking is a pain. Getting in and out with a token is honestly a pain. I highly suggest the hotel to find a better way to enter and exit. Otherwise, it is okay and thus the average rating. It is close to the autobahn and that is a plus.

It is not very easy to raise this hotel. On one side it seems to be an old building (what you see in the heating situation and the old ventilators), on the other side you have really made a lot of effort with the setting of the rooms with beautiful furniture. The service was super friendly, that's what you have to say. On the other hand, everything works very provincial (I don't want to describe this more closely now, every guest should have an opinion on it), what you can do when booking a modern design hotel, In any case, if you are more used to big city hotels, you don't know. I didn't try breakfast and there was no coffee at 7 a.m., unfortunately, because no one was in the guest room. In short, the hotel is very friendly, very busy and you cannot make mecquets about the rooms. So I can recommend this hotel, even if I will book the next time I will probably make a nearer hotel (there are just about 1.5 km to walk to the center).
This place was ten miles east of our town and we selected it randomly. Overall our stay was surprisingly good. Our very clean double room on the 2nd floor was ok but we had an end unit and lots of street noise. No air conditioner or fan so it was a trade off between noise and fresh air. Luckily we had cool breezes even in late July 2023. I would suggest this nice family owned place add ceiling fans at the least. An upgrade to air conditioning down the road is likely. A coffee pot and a frig would be welcome too. We brought our mini 12v/220v frig just in case to keep the beverages cold. There were no glasses in our room but we got them from the downstairs bar. The breakfast was traditional and unremarkable. A nice choice offered included eggs to order. The cheese omelet was good. Inside was a ground floor restaurant but we did not try it. Outside around back was a terrace restaurant with waiters. We did not try that either. Now let's talk about the really good stuff. The BIERGARTEN! It is downstairs from the terrace. We had never heard of this place and we are glad we tried it. What a surprise. I have never seen it on any Biergarten lists in the area but this place should definitely be on it. What a gem. Plenty of large heavy picnic-style tables (12 or more?) and benches with cushions too with seating under trees and lights. This is Gemütlichkeit. There was a nice mixture of German and American families out to have a good time and we did. The bar was tended by three lads who were happy to pour your drinks and place your food orders. The prices were right (lower than we expected) and the portions and flavors were spot on! This is now on the top of our list to bring family and friends to just for the Biergarten!! Zum Wohl!
The hotel is centrally located, has no own parking and through the momentary building site it was a little bit fussful to find. The room was modern, clean and went out behind, so quiet. The mattresses were good. Something in usual need was the separate bathroom/wc solution in the inter-site area of the sleeping and seating area, little intimacy, so lightly. For one night you can ignore this.
First, Booking is scheduled, hotel pays for check-in.
At 7:30 in the evening, the reception of a Bai girl was very good. Unfortunately, I tried four times. Two credit cards could not be used. Contact Booking, can not handle, contact CCB Overseas Hotline, several times of hardship beyond patience, no manual customer service acceptance.
At this time, the front desk changed a hei brother, a serious face, anyway: without money without check in.
300 euros in the wallet 💶, I don't know what disappeared, rummaging through all pockets, no results.
Can't trouble others at night, change Trip.com, it takes nearly an hour, Trip.com brother has tried international and domestic credit cards, savings cards, contact European agents several times, agent phone hotel, European agents prepaid hotel, finally solve the problem, during the customer service help contact CCB 24 hours customer service, Waiting for more than eight minutes, no one responds.
Get the room card, around 9:30 in the evening, in the lobby sofa 🛋️ daze for an hour, if there is a cigarette 🚬, it is best.
The rest is very good at night, there is no American 🇺🇸 soldiers inside, it is estimated that they have gone to the Ukrainian border.
Thanks to Trip.com, five-star service, although the price is much more expensive than Booking, resolutely offload Booking, follow-up itinerary ticket hotels all Trip.com booking.
