The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the Kaiping Bus Station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, making it convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and sanitary, and the air conditioning, hot water and WiFi are all very good.

The room was OK, the hot water was very strong, and it was very comfortable to wash my hair and take a bath. The bus from Kaiping South Station stopped downstairs. The bus station to Kaiping Diaolou and Chikan Ancient Town only took a few minutes to walk. I lived on the second floor, and it was quite messy outside the window, with waste water and waste gas, so I didn't dare to open the window.

The room was better than expected, the waiter was friendly, especially the waitress who came to eat early was very friendly, and the hotel environment was also good

Then I hope that no matter where you live in the future, others will treat you the same way! The hair dryers are broken! Everyone must avoid lightning in this hotel! Don't go there, there's nothing good about it except the location! I had to wait 5 minutes for the hair dryer to blow for one minute. I was speechless! I called the front desk three times to no avail. The first call asked me to wait and check again. I waited for a while and it still didn't work! The second time the front desk said she wanted to ask about cleaning, I was confused! Don’t you know anything at the front desk? Still need to ask about cleaning? The third time I asked her to send a hair dryer, she actually said that the hotel did not have a hair dryer. I called three times to no avail! I can't even blow dry my hair as a boy. I don't know what to do with the girls who stay in your hotel. Girls all have long hair! ! ! There is no hair dryer and no one is sent to repair it. It is really outrageous! ! We stayed for 3 nights in total, and we were not asked to do any cleaning work once. We are all very worry-free guests! One day in the middle, we called the front desk and asked the cleaning staff to come and change the garbage bags. We called at 7 o'clock, but they didn't come to change them after waiting for an hour! We went out because we had something to do. It was past 10 o'clock at night when we came back to the hotel room. When we got back to the room, we looked at the trash can and it still hadn't been changed! I don't normally comment, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Not one of them! ! ! Extremely bad! ! ! Garbage hotel! ! ! The service can't keep up! ! The facilities are so rubbish! ! I don’t know where your good reviews come from! They are probably all brushed out! I hope everyone who sees this comment of mine can avoid the thunder! !

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is well soundproofed, the bedding is comfortable, the area is lively, and eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient!

I always come to this hotel when I'm on a business trip. It's affordable and comes with a buffet breakfast. The service attitude is good, there is free parking, and the front desk is very patient and willing to help when I have something to ask.

There are 2 air conditioners, one is OK and one is not cool enough. I checked in too late on the first day and didn’t check the bed sheets and pillows. I checked them carefully the next day and found blood stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. The towels were also very dirty and black.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the riverside. The night view of Tanjiang River is really nice👍The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and personally helped us find a parking space. Thank you very much👍👍👍
