該公寓地理位置好，附近就是商圈，購物吃飯都方便，房間衞生尚可，配有洗衣機、冰箱、一次性馬桶墊等設施設備和用品。我訂的是簡約商務雙床房，網上標的42㎡、有廚房，但實際入住後，發現該房型有與網上描述不一致的地方：首先是房間面積與網上不一致。我估算了一下室內面積約23㎡（地磚用的80cmx80cm的，長度為8塊多40cm暨6.8米，寬度4塊多20cm暨3.4米，視頻為證），外加陽台4個平方（地磚用的60cmx60cm的，長度2塊暨1.2米。寬度5塊多40cm暨3.4米，視頻為證），室內和陽台合計約27㎡，與標註的42㎡嚴重不符。其次：所謂的有廚房衹是有個枱麪，廚房用品用具為零（圖片為證），這些客人在評論上反映的與網上描述不一致的問題，平台應該認真核實並規範平台訊息管理，不要用虛標訊息誤導消費者。另外，我住的1424房間衞生間的洗漱台上水籠頭出水太小了，打開完衹有小手指一半的水流且水壓也低，衹有在衞生間外的洗手盆洗漱，這個水籠頭水壓大，出水也大，這證明不是樓層高導致出水和水壓問題，而是衞生間裏洗漱台上的供水管或籠頭有問題，建議老闆及時檢修或拆換處理。總體入住感覺一般，平時房價一佰多也還差不多，但週末房價要上漲近1倍，超出三佰多的性價比不高。

配備洗衣機、冰箱、一次性馬桶墊，環境整潔舒服，電視也是廣電的，門是密碼鎖。
對面是馬路，但是因為樓層高，關上陽台門聲音就小很多。
24小時管家，非常耐心，有求必應。自駕來的朋友可以提前加微信，瞭解怎麼進地下停車場。每天停車費減免13個小時。
樓下就是兩大商圈，很便利。
小建議：空調要清洗一下，打開時有點味道。

住了很多次公寓，這家公寓的設施是最差的一次。
1.放在陽台的熱水器被拔掉插頭，搞衞生的人沒有檢查發現這個問題，客人入住後遲遲沒有熱水洗澡，喊老闆過來檢查了很久才發現是沒有插電，服了。
2.熱水壺、電蚊香液是壞的，沒有提供一次性拖鞋。
3.床墊塌陷，翻身都咯吱響。
提出想換房，被告知因為節假日已滿房。附近其他酒店也滿房，衹能無奈住下。350元一晚，這個房間不值。

臨時訂的公寓，半夜11點入住，看評論樓下是商圈，找吃的方便，啥都有
因為出來玩幾天，有個陽台可以晾晾衣服，是很好的
現在都比較喜歡公寓～
設施：房間設備很新，驚喜的是電視是廣電的，跟家裡一樣，小朋友也很喜歡，可以回看
衞生：很乾凈
服務：管家是24小時的
樓下有免費停車，衹需出去的時候提前跟管家説就行
好的就不用再選擇，下次還選擇這家

樓下是一個大商場吃東西逛街什麼的都挺方便的，開平的物價還挺貴的 ，堪比廣州物價， 房間總體一般，工作人員服務態度也挺好，就是設施太不行了1，電梯衹有一個，原來是有3個的但是一個壞了，一個被鎖在21樓，每次等電梯上下都很久而且很多人。2，花灑水太小 ，洗個頭怕洗不乾淨起碼要洗一個多小時，累死。3，衞生間抽風機聲音大到像鼓風機一樣非常吵。4，電視不能投屏 ，太過落後了。5，也是最離譜的一點，窗簾衹有一塊薄薄的布，是不遮光的，跟沒有差不多，而且！！！拉不閉合，中間一條大縫！陽光曬進來非常影響睡眠！！！

地理位置很好，附近就是商場，吃飯購物都不錯，樓下還有711以及小飯店，選擇性很高。前台小哥很熱情，給推薦了值得去的碉樓景區。房間有洗衣機，配洗衣液。公寓配置，設備齊全。

停車位不太好找，要繞一繞，其他還好。
