We own a Wyndham timeshare, so if these guys are annoying to me I can just imagine how much they pester all their guests. Stay away from aggressive Sean in particular. If possible, get the two-room suite #610; it’s perfectly situated with a constant view of the waves crashing on the shore behind the family pool. It’s both soothing and exhilarating at the same time. Endless entertainment from the largest outdoor deck I’ve ever seen. There’s also a lot of space between the two rooms, creating a secluded feel. Amenities are sparse; the TV is sad, and not “smart” so no using your own apps and casting are unavailable. Also, there are two vending machines on the property, which is not enough in my opinion. The toiletries include really good body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, in large, refillable containers. The kitchen is very usable, so save money and prepare some/most of your meals on site; you can/should bring your own food and utensils to create added convenience. Take advantage of a nearby Safeway for your grocery needs, because the property is far away from any useful conveniences. The staff is great; very polite, friendly, and helpful. There are some items they lend out, like noodles, boogie boards, and beach chairs, which was an added perk. This was my third time here, and I have had a great time every time.

The entire staff was top notch and always with a smile and aloha when passing! The rooms were updated, clean and spacious. The grounds gorgeous and immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. This was probably the nicest RCI property we’ve stayed at when visiting the islands.

Our favorite Kona property. Clean and comfortable. Many units with view of water. Nice garden spaces and areas where one can watch the sunset. Nice selection of on-site activities.

Lovely resort in an excellent location. It is a very big resort but you don't feel that due to the way the buildings are oriented. If you go to the Quiet Pool, you are just on the edge next to the ocean. Beaches on Hawaii can be rough, and this one is. But from the pool you have the feeling that you are on the beach. Lots of things to do on the big island and Kona is fun.

very responsive n friendly staff. Loved the beautiful sunsets fr the quiet pool and very hot n strong jacuzzi. close to the Kona Kihlua village w resurants n shops, but beware of $16/hr parking fee/hr ! My husband got a $50 ticket because he couldn't figure out pay by phone:( Food is expensive in Hawaii.

Hawaii is always fun. As my cousin advised: "Take half the clothes and twice the money". Royal Sea Cliff is a great place to stay. Very clean and well located in Kona. For attending the timeshare speal, don't expect the over inflated benefits.

The main reason to book at Royal SeaCliffs is to see and/or hear the ocean. Our week long stay was in a unit surrounded by shrubbery. The only view was green leaves. The unit was also roach infested. I was so very disappointed. The rest of the property is beautiful! We spent most evenings walking to common areas to watch sunsets. Request that your stay is something other that #320.
