The apartment we were allocated was on the first floor. The room was large but the lighting was average. In terms of hygiene, we stayed here for two days and no one came to clean it. In addition, a bedbug was found on the bed, which was a huge deduction. There was a pack of used towels at the door, but no one came to pick them up within two days of check-in. Transportation: 15 minutes from downtown Kona and close to 2step and other attractions.
