The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and can basically solve any needs, and the store is also very patient. The environment of the apar**ent is very good, and the facilities are very new and complete. If I come to Kaili next time, I will definitely come here.

體驗不怎麼樣，定位不準很難找。三點多找到了酒店阿姨才開始打掃衞生，還在外面等了好久。而且酒店空調一點不暖和，被子還特別薄，就除了面積大一些沒別的。不推薦

剛剛到房間。發現酒店床單上有一些不明污漬和東西。但是酒店服務員態度很好。説了馬上就來換床上用品了。酒店的設施這些很好。房間很大。還能自己做飯有冰箱。夏天來説有冰箱太好了。價格也可以。但是我建議你們酒店看一下你們牀板下面。是多久沒有打掃。下面很多垃圾。有些我就不用明説了。但是如果衞生這些再好一點。下次我還是會選擇你們酒店的

第一次真切感受到的了什麼叫賓至如歸，有種回家的舒適自在感，從成都一路旅行過來，住的房間有好有壞，但這間房間讓我們決定在凱里再多待一天，真的有種回家的放鬆感，給我們特種兵的旅途帶來了極大舒適，衞生完美，設施齊全（智能化設備超級便捷），環境優越（落地窗外就是一片頂樓綠地，空氣清新，完全沒人打擾），隔音也是超絕。以上都是完美硬件。👍
重點還要特別要感謝的服務（老闆小哥哥人超nice）
我們提前到店，小哥哥人沒吃飯就幫我們整理房間，感動。
離店的時候因為車票較晚，在退房之後老闆還貼心幫我們寄存行李，又一次暖心暴擊🥰

壞境還不錯，衞生也可以，唯一不滿意的是管家沒溝通好，把我們訂的房間又給別的客人了。大晚上的密碼門被打開了有夠嚇人的，還好我們是一家三口，如果一個女孩也太嚇人了。

位置很好，房間也不錯，老闆也很熱清，但是！但是！邊上的房間都在裝修，早上七點半就開始了！3D環繞！根本沒法睡！近期就不要入住了！
