酒店位於寧波路，周邊交通較方便，餐飲選擇比較多，客房設施老舊，床頭閲讀燈都爛了都捨不得更換，淋浴出熱水慢。

去凱里玩了2天，選擇住市裡來回朗德苗寨和西江千户苗寨還有非遺集市都很方便，沒必要住景區
，酒店各方面都挺好的，國慶期間也沒有亂漲價，很安靜睡覺很舒服

🚨 血淚避雷！凱里住過同等價格裏最差酒店實錘！房號210！ 🚨
❌不推薦入住：存在多項硬件與服務缺陷
‼️本次入住210房間，發現酒店在衞生、安全、設施及餐飲方面均存在嚴重問題，體驗極差。
1. 衞生狀況堪憂：基礎清潔嚴重不到位，挪開床鋪可見櫃子角落積存厚灰。
2. 設施多處損壞：
房門故障無法正常開合，且在開門時被尖鋭門邊劃傷腳部。
房間內無Wi-Fi，電視無法使用，床頭座機也是壞的，與前台溝通後告知無法解決。
3. 安全隱患巨大：房間庭院設計缺陷，可輕易翻越至相鄰院落，人身與財物安全無保障。
4. 早餐質量低下：食物全程無保温，均為冷食。8:30即無雞蛋供應，豆漿過度稀釋，過甜，如同糖水。
🚫此次入住體驗完全不符合一家酒店應具備的基本標準，基於以上事實，給予差評並不予推薦。別不信該酒店的差評啊！避大雷！！！！！

環境：獨門獨院，鬧中取靜，緊挨博物館和州醫院
服務：前台小姐姐很好説話，提出的要求都解決了，尤其驚喜的是大堂吧書架上的書都是真的，可以隨意翻閲，還可以帶回房間去看

住過這家酒店N 次，因為有停車場，方便，之前都住大床房，覺得製冷制熱都比較ok ，衞生和裝修也不錯。之前有一次住大床房，燈半夜突然一閃一閃，半夜聯繫前台告訴我是接觸不良，後面也沒再管了，雖然前台提出半夜換房型，就懶得折騰了。
最詭異的是這次住的二樓206花園房，進門就感覺很壓抑，味道很重。開了很久的空調才散開，因為我也不想折騰，沒有聯繫前台，覺得是自己想多了。半夜睡了一個小時就醒了，空調開製冷也很悶，一直熬到天亮，開着燈的，感覺周圍有人盯着自己的感覺。花園也很詭異，圖片是我半夜隨手拍的，白天也拍了一張。第二天我家小孩就發燒了。
我一直以為我想多了 直到我看到評論另外一個人也再説詭異的這個問題，有很多差評都説燈接觸不良。
挺好的酒店，希望老闆重視一下客户感受
