I continued to call to communicate (the noise was still not fixed) and was told that it would not be available until noon the next day. By then, I had checked out, so it didn't have to stink for so long? The solution we got was to go to the front desk to find the staff to take us to the SPA on the eighth floor to take a bath... That's fine, but can't we take the initiative to contact the guests and tell them the truth? It is said that the scale should be cleaned regularly every month, so I deserve to be the guest without hot water? The facilities and services are really not good. So I took my change of clothes and wore slippers to the elevator to the lobby on the first floor to find the front desk and then went to the SPA area on the eighth floor to take a bath. There was no door lock, and I had to take a bath... Oh, it was really frustrating. The most amazing thing is that after tossing and turning, I returned to the room at around 11 o'clock in the evening. Suddenly, someone rang the doorbell. The cleaning lady came to tell us that the hotel had no hot water. I really want to say that the person was very nice and chose a very good time. Did the hotel not conduct training? By the way, there was no air conditioning for three days. I slept with the window open and woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat... 1 point for the gym. The gym has complete equipment. Even if I am tired after going out, I still want to go there to lift weights. If it doesn't secrete dopamine endorphins, I am afraid I will directly complain to the hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel's service, the breakfast is good and delicious, and the service provided by the front desk manager Xiao Yang is very, very good! I recommend this hotel, the surrounding environment is also good, and it is a very pleasant stay!
