Bed was super comfortable and the non smoking room didn’t smell like smoke. Staff was a little confused checking me—a nonChinese citizen—in but they took care of it.

The hotel room was big and clean but smelt of smoke. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice but most of it was cold, including the tea and coffee. The reception staff were very helpful because they let us leave our bags and gave directions to the Sunday market. Overall, fine for the price paid.

住宿體驗感太差了，特別是兩位前台小姐，一到前台就板着一張臉，沒有一點好客表情。室內空氣污濁，牆面到處是臟的劃痕。主要是前台服務差。建議大家別去住這個酒店。

酒店位置不錯，離萬達很近，房間衞生尚可，沐浴露、洗髮水、護髮素都是小袋裝，用起來乾淨衞生，餐廳早餐品種多

安排了12層的高層，酒店內部環境不錯每天都有阿姨打掃，需要的東西都有。前台服務也很好，早餐選擇較多還有免費水果供應，一天的房費也衹需150不到非常超值！酒店位置也在中心地帶去哪裡都方便，很喜歡凱里的風土人情！以後來凱里玩還會來！

還行吧，地理位置不錯，停車方便一直住！就是季節交換，温度忽高忽低的時候不要住，因為中央空調沒法調設定。比如11月突然升温。20多度，房間裏衹能開暖風，想開通風換氣也沒辦法，致電前台無法解決，就一句，要麼就別開！不開吧，房間裏又悶！
