I came to this city to check out the nearby villages. The hotel is very nice and modern. My room was very spacious and clean. The people who work here a very friendly and were even sent me some snacks and a a very welcoming note. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This place is great. Its a high quality hotel at a comparatively very reasonable rate. The staff were ever so friendly - reception, breakfast (that was good) etc. If you have to overnight in Kaili before venturing around the area, or just fancy a pretty nice hotel for a night after maybe roughing it a bit, this is the spot.

設施：比較新的，全屋智能控制，叫醒小度就可語音控制了。
衞生：非常乾淨，我平時住酒店對衞生要求非常高的，這家我都沒意見。
環境：環境非常舒適，我住的那間還比較安靜。
服務：服務很好，早餐不錯，比較豐富，住店期間感冒了，讓客服給我多拿兩瓶水，速度很快就送到了，並且在往後幾天都給我多放了礦泉水，看出酒店的貼心。
總之，這次出差住的很舒服，很滿意。

酒店一進去特別臭 全是煙臭味 睡着都被煙臭味臭醒 並且給前台提出房間煙臭味很重 前台並沒有解決方法 説如果要換房間 前台説要換房間就要加錢 還説客人在酒店抽煙 你們也沒有辦法 不能把除臭弄好一點？一覺醒來全身都是煙臭味

位置有些偏，對於去凱里旅遊的人來説附近都是舊居民樓，吃東西的地方很少亂亂的，酒店環境不錯就是價格稍低一點的在地下一層，很潮濕很悶，還有蚊子反正住的不舒服，除了酒店環境好一點其他什麼方面都不好。
