I came to this city to check out the nearby villages. The hotel is very nice and modern. My room was very spacious and clean. The people who work here a very friendly and were even sent me some snacks and a a very welcoming note. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This place is great. Its a high quality hotel at a comparatively very reasonable rate. The staff were ever so friendly - reception, breakfast (that was good) etc. If you have to overnight in Kaili before venturing around the area, or just fancy a pretty nice hotel for a night after maybe roughing it a bit, this is the spot.

Facilities: Relatively new, the whole house is intelligently controlled, and you can wake up Xiaodu with voice control.
Hygiene: Very clean. I usually have very high hygiene requirements when staying in hotels, and I have no objection to this hotel.
Environment: The environment is very comfortable, and the one I stayed in was relatively quiet.
Service: The service is very good. The breakfast is good and rich. I caught a cold during my stay and asked the customer service to bring me two more bottles of water. They were delivered quickly and they gave me more mineral water in the next few days. I can see the thoughtfulness of the hotel.
All in all, I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay during this business trip.

不得不説，這家酒店真是驚艷到我了。在網上看了好幾家，最終選擇富饒酒店，從進大堂前台的熱情招呼，到進入房間，看到房間的設施，真是不二選擇。而且房間面積夠大，裝修也很漂亮，床墊好睡，不累腰，淋雨水大洗澡也舒服，早餐也豐富（可惜趕時間忘了拍），總之，下次來凱里還住這！
