The hardware of the hotel is okay, all are solid wood furniture, but the door gap is too wide and the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear washing and fighting in the room opposite; the water for washing in the morning is very turbid. The software service was not very up to date. When we checked in at the front desk, we had a child. When we were given a breakfast coupon, there was no reminder that the child would need to be charged extra. When we had breakfast the next day, the service staff asked: Why don't you pay for breakfast when you bring a child for breakfast? A strange atmosphere, a very unpleasant stay.

The next day, the aunt knocked on the door very rudely and randomly. This must be a service problem. The air conditioner was almost useless. I turned it on at 27 degrees and caught a cold the next day😷. The environment and hygiene were okay. The sound of sewer water running in the room I stayed in was very loud. I don't know where it came from. Overall, it's good. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast and I don't know how to experience it. Okay.

Some details are very commendable: the glass door of the shower room is scientifically designed so that no water will leak out; and the folding clothes drying rod on the wall of the room is amazing! The air conditioner blows right in, the clothes dry easily, and the clothes drying rod is very strong! These small details are more thoughtful than many high-end chain hotels. Opposite the hotel is the city where food never sleeps, which is very convenient. It will definitely be your best choice next time you go to Kaili!
