The hotel has a parking lot and is rated four stars. The rooms are clean and soundproofed. There are free fruits and snacks in the lobby. The service is good and all questions are answered. When we left the hotel, we were given water and small cakes to eat on the way. It was very thoughtful!

Kaili is a treasure city, worth visiting twice. I chose Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel for my three-day and two-night trip. The hotel's service is 100 points, and the staff at each work position are very friendly. I took the initiative to say hello at the meeting. Of course, the quality of the Laocai dinner given by Ctrip orders is too average, and the mattress feels a bit soft for us. When we checked out, I don’t know if the staff was busy or what happened. They took the card and bowed their heads to do other things without saying goodbye. Although it is a small flaw, for such a high-quality hotel, details are still very important. In general, the flaws do not outweigh the merits, and it is indeed a hotel with no negative reviews.
