酒店大廳很大，前台小姐姐也很細心和耐心，我們問了前台小姐姐可以去哪裡玩的，凱里這邊有什麼特色菜，她都很細心給我們説。酒店房間挺大的，還可以看看外面的風景。酒店的位置也很便利，出門就是國道，還有停車場。浴室設施齊全，淋浴水温穩定。淋浴用品也非常好用，這都讓我們感覺到非常的棒。下次還住這家酒店。非常非常推薦。

我是23號至25號入住903房間的房客，我要投訴23號和25號夜班服務的阿姨，服務態度之差簡直令人發自指，23號晚上我需要洗衣服，前台讓她給我開門，我去四樓的時候她就一臉不耐煩，嘰嘰歪歪他們規定10點就關門，搞的好像她給我開門是多了不起一樣，第一次我想着酒店規定10點關閉洗衣房，不是她的原因也確實麻煩別人開門，所以我忍了，24號是另外一個阿姨值班，我去洗衣服，她的態度就很好，25號又遇到這個阿姨，因為早上我的房間不用打掃，晚上回來以後，讓客房服務送個兩瓶水和洗漱用品，第一次沒送，過了半小時我下樓去吃夜宵我同事在房間，再次讓前台提醒了當天值班的阿姨送洗漱用品，她進來收了垃圾就走了，説前台沒跟她説拿洗漱用品和水，就直接不管了，還是我同事打電話跟我説，讓我吃完夜宵回來，自己去前台拿。我回來在前台拿洗漱用品時，她正好在前台聽我跟前台説要洗衣服又是各種推諉不願意去開門，要不是前台小妹妹協調，我當場差點就要發火了。我基本每個月會來兩次凱里，但以後都不會再定這個酒店了，其他的不説，真的服務態度簡直差到極點。

酒店服務態度非常好，早餐自助很豐富，而且才十塊錢，看到我們買了生日蛋糕，前台姐姐還給我們免費提供了長壽麪，炒雞驚喜，很值得入住！！！

大廳很大，前台小姐姐也很熱情。看到我提很多東西，自動過來幫忙。這幾天凱里都在下雨，他們家配備有雨傘，真的是對於我這種不喜歡帶雨傘的人很友好[呲牙]，就是他們家衞生間挺大的，水温洗澡也很舒服。房間燈光是暖光，感覺很温馨。總體更加不錯哦
