房間較大，佈局整潔清爽，重要的是乾淨衞生無異味，淋浴水很大乾濕分離，早餐也是豐富營養的，停車就在酒店門口，出行方便。總之，酒店服務態度很好，管理規範，雖不算豪華但性價比在凱里算非要好的。

本來前台給我升級房型，衞生不行我也就不説什麼了，但是問酒店拿水還要收錢，住了這麼多酒店第一次讓送水要收錢的，賣給我的水還寫着“酒店**”😂,服了

酒店位置是非常好的，周圍吃的也方便，不遠處就是黔靈山公園，晚上也是相對安靜。
酒店衞生條件也是達標的。不過四星級的酒店，建議還是配上護髮素，還有就是小冰箱。另外酒店服務有點跟不上，我們是5月1號晚上21:30左右抵達的酒店。酒店那個保安亭有點類似於一個擺設，沒有人出來指導停車，因為酒店門口停車場買了，我們按了兩下喇叭也沒有人出來，然後跑進酒店問前台還有停車位嗎？有個大叔不知領導還是什麼職位的問我們是幹嘛的？我説我們是住酒店的，然後才説可以來到酒店後面停。這裏説明酒店工作人員服務意識比較薄弱，這和四星級酒店是不匹配的。另外早餐不能説很豐富，但是也還好，能吃飽。不過五一價格也沒有漲價，不到300塊一晚是真的很良心了。

酒店大廳很大，前台小姐姐也很細心和耐心，我們問了前台小姐姐可以去哪裡玩的，凱里這邊有什麼特色菜，她都很細心給我們説。酒店房間挺大的，還可以看看外面的風景。酒店的位置也很便利，出門就是國道，還有停車場。浴室設施齊全，淋浴水温穩定。淋浴用品也非常好用，這都讓我們感覺到非常的棒。下次還住這家酒店。非常非常推薦。

酒店位置就在路口很方便，服務非常好，衞生乾淨，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice。入住酒店大廳看起來很舒適，酒店還有免費停車場，房間物品起親親，床也很舒服。很不錯
