The hotel facilities are OK, but the restaurant service is too bad. There is no window in the whole room, and the power is easy to trip, and the power strip will be out of power in a while; the hot spring water is too dirty, and only a few people come to the pool. It is recommended to clean and disinfect it every day. We took a bath in the afternoon and morning, and the most common thing we heard was that the water was too dirty; the other is the most speechless restaurant. At around 6 o'clock for dinner, we went downstairs and ordered three dishes, about a dozen slices of beef for 88 yuan, and ordered shredded potatoes, but they never came. Finally, I asked the waiter and he said there were no potatoes, but no one told me during the more than an hour of waiting for the meal. During this time, the child was waiting for this dish without peppers and was so hungry that his chest was sticking to his back. Later, I asked him to fry a dish without peppers for the child, even scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and then he left after saying okay. I waited for a long time and asked that the kitchen was off work. Sorry, I waited for about 2 hours in total, and the child fell asleep without anything to eat. There are only a few types of breakfast, and there is not much choice. In such a good environment, it is recommended to improve the service and don't waste it.

I'll warn you all, don't book this hotel on Ctrip, look at other options. I've been to this hotel many times, and I thought it was okay before. This time, the room smelled really musty, and it was stuffy without ventilation, and the floor was dirty, but fortunately I called the waiter to clean it right away and it was okay, but I don't know if the water in the hot spring pool has been changed. The next day, the pool was very dirty. Also, you used to be able to go directly into the hot spring when you get off the elevator at the hotel, but now you have to walk out of the lobby to the opposite hot spring lobby to enter, which is very troublesome. There is a direct entrance, but it is closed now, so I don't recommend it. The orchard behind is very large, but there are many varieties of fruits that can be picked, and it is slightly more expensive than outside.

The room was mediocre, the carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom was made of black stone and looked dirty, the hot spring was old, and I didn't use it. The front desk was mediocre on the day of check-in. I wanted to eat at the hotel, but was told that the restaurant was under renovation and asked us to go to the farmhouse opposite. However, none of the farmhouses opposite were acceptable. The hotel should have informed the guests in advance that the restaurant was closed. I booked the room because of the ecological restaurant here. It was a bit depressing. I could only buy instant noodles at the supermarket next door at night. Many pools in the hot spring area were not open, probably because of the off-season, but the indoor and outdoor pools were still available for an afternoon. The next day, I went to the picking garden and picked blueberry grapes. They were very sweet and cost 20 yuan per pound, which felt quite affordable.
