As soon as I checked in, I found a spider on my pillow. I told the hotel to change my clothes and clean the room. But I slept fine at night, but my face was like this when I woke up in the morning. I reported it to the front desk, but the front desk staff acted as if it was none of their business. They just said that there was a clinic at the entrance of the ancient town and that was it... The clinic said it was probably bitten by insects... Speechless😑

There was no water in the room at first, and then the hot water came intermittently, sometimes there and sometimes not. I told the front desk, but the front desk replied that it was impossible, and they were reluctant to change rooms. They told me that it would be noisy if I changed rooms, and there were no other rooms to arrange (in fact, the room was not full). In the end, although the water was not hot, we didn't want to change rooms, so we just stayed there. There was no wifi in the subsequent room, and the front desk insisted that it was the room number. I went to the front desk, and the front desk replied that you definitely can't connect to the front desk (I couldn't connect to the front desk before I asked the front desk), and the attitude was always distrustful. Later, I asked a technician to check it out, and the wifi name was not the room number at all. I originally chose the hotel because it was endorsed by the Guizhou Cultural Tourism and Government, but the service was so bad. When the guest raised a problem, the front desk's first reaction was that the guest was talking nonsense, and there was no solution. I hope to strengthen the professional training of the front desk, which is really too black.
