酒店名字實際叫薩維爾夢幻酒店。我們按照攜程的名字找了很久都沒找到，打電話給前台才知道…
房間在商務樓內，不同樓層各有幾間房，進到房間發現窗簾不遮光，空調外機也在房間內！驚呆了…
唯一好的一點是：床上用品像是新的，乾乾淨淨…

位置很好，凱里最中心的地方，周圍很熱鬧。國貿和中博都在樓下。吃喝不愁。前台就在夢幻酒店一樓。房間很有設計感，在貴陽我都沒發現這麼有設計感的酒店。小孩子一進房間感覺眼前一亮！設施設備齊全，從浴袍到面巾都有，對民宿來説已經算很齊全了！床和床品也很舒適。雖處市中心，但是晚上睡覺不覺得吵。前台服務也很好，ci時還給了兩個水果，最重要的是，從ci到co前台從沒找客人索要過一次好評，不錯，co時聽貴陽的老闆給前台説最近好像要發200的體驗券，能不能給我點啊 ，週末我又準備帶娃來住…………

房間超大，環境很好，我們是一家人來凱里，因為天氣下雨不方便户外，一般房間小小朋友們又不能一起玩，沒想到訂的這個套房很驚喜，可以唱K，電競，桌球，麻將，還有廚房可以自己做飯吃，長者小孩都玩得很開心，下次有朋友聚餐也可以選擇這裡有家的感覺很温馨，有一次性馬桶墊，一次性浴缸罩細節很貼心，

我們一開始訂的是兩米的大床房，進房間後發現是1米8的床，就聯繫了前台，他們發現是系統維護的時候弄錯了以後，就免費給我們升級了行政套房，我覺得解決問題的方式特別好，也不會讓客人等很長時間。辦理入住前台會貼心贈送一盒小水果。到了晚上發現空調不制熱，聯繫前台後，不到一分鐘就有工作人員聯繫我們幫我們及時的解決了問題！！#房間設施浴缸是在窗台邊，可以看着夜景泡個澡！話不多説，看實拍圖

已經是第二次預訂了，整體服務都是很好的，非常貼心，地理位置啥的也沒得説，房間的設施和衞生都是非常好的，各種服務也非常貼心，是我住過體驗最好的酒店，後續如果有機會會繼續支持。
