設施：基礎設施齊全，還有健身房和洗衣房，很不錯
衞生：乾淨整潔，美中不足就是住的第二晚的被套有點小瑕疵。
環境：維也納一如既往的裝修風格，這家可能是新建所以整體還是挺好的，樓下有燒烤，對面有很多小炒飯店，味道都很不錯！
服務：每次在門口經過，前台都會打招呼！服務太好啦！！！！

酒店在凱里學院對面，周邊小吃很多，前台服務很好，問詢什麼都仔細告知，酒店停車方便，有洗衣房健身房，設施完善，離高鐵南站3公里，打車不到十分鐘非常方便，酒店房間衞生整潔，床很舒適，智能化很方便

酒店不錯，推薦，酒店一進去整體環境讓人很舒服，整個大堂香香的，房間也很好，乾淨，安靜，酒店位置很安靜，工作人員還推薦了吃的，凱里是個很棒的地方，燒烤也很便宜，當地人非常熱心，買個飲料，大哥也會推薦附近好玩的，去哪去哪！真是愛上貴州了

房間乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，前台6號小姐姐禮貌熱情，主動詢問了住宿喜好並升且級了房型，非常暖心，而且還有免費洗衣服和健身房，非常方便，酒店周邊吃飯也很方便，味道也還不錯，離凱里學院、職院、實驗高中都很近，步行即可，考試首選，非常不錯

房間寬敞明亮整潔，位置介於凱裏市區與大學城之間，自駕行駛極為方便。房間智能化技術應用，給遊客不一般的體驗和方便。但不知什麼原因，夜間機械噪音大，可能是隔壁工地施工，需關緊窗户睡覺。窗户隔音效果較好。

酒店在高鐵站附近，因為高鐵時間的原因，要三點鐘左右退房，結果硬要收取30塊錢延遲費才行，作為經常出差住維也納的人，其他店衹要説明有特殊原因，都會同意延遲退房，就這家不行，體驗感很好，下次再也不來了
