A lovely friendly welcome greeted us after a long drive from Christchurch. Situated just off the main highway, it is easy to find. The suites are a good size, very quiet, well equipped, good shower, and each has an outdoor space over looking a central courtyard. There is a supermarket and a pub serving good food within walking distance. The small charming town is a 2 minute drive away. This is not a beach resort but great for dolphin whale & seal watching. Thoroughly recommend.

The room was generally good, the front desk was very friendly, parking was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy.

Two adults and one child booked a family room. It was very convenient. There was free parking. There was a large supermarket nearby in about 5 minutes' walk. It was very convenient. Going downtown to eat or watch whales was a good choice. The front desk is very welcoming. Recommended

Compared to other hotels in New Zealand, this hotel lacks the ability to cook. But the landlord is very enthusiastic. Parking is also free and the town center is about a five-minute drive away.

The host is very nice and the accommodation environment is very good. It is worth staying.

The hotel is very new and the room has two bathrooms, which is suitable for family travel.

Clean and comfortable, the bathroom towel rack is also heated and very comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, there is an electric stove that cannot fry steak. I bought cooked beef and cooked noodles.
