The receptionists that checked us in were great. They were friendly and courteous. The night receptionist, Amit, however, was indifferent to customer service. When I asked him how and where to dispose off some trash from my takeout dinner, he guided me to an outdoor dumpster while it was raining!!!! He was on a cellphone talking to some friends while walking me to the dumpster. I filed a complaint and the manager of the hotel did call me back to apologize personally.

The location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to the new world supermarket. The room was clean because I had lived in other motels before. This one impressed me as the best one. Send milk and drink a bottle of New Zealand milk! In short, it is still very recommended

Two big and one small family room is very convenient. Free parking. A big supermarket is about 5 minutes walk nearby. It is very convenient to go to downtown to eat. Whale watching is a very good choice. The front desk is very warm and recommended

Including breakfast, of course not as rich as the hotel, but for B&B, it is already very good The room we booked cannot accommodate an extra bed, but our husband and wife brought children over 4 years old to live well. There is no extra charge for children staying. The room has a small terrace with a nice view The landlord has a dog and a cat, very cute The lodging location is not in the center of the town, but the town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter if you drive. A few hundred meters to the supermarket. Drive 5 minutes to the whale watching and embarkation point.

The landlord is still good, will send their own baked biscuits to customers, very delicious. The breakfast is rich, the lake view is beautiful, the room price is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. There is no kitchen in the room. Host was super nice and friendly (forgot to ask for his name 😭), and he personally guided us and taught us how to use the laundry and gave good recommendations around the area! We stayed in a group of 4 and the motel had everything we needed! Super comfy and clean as well! Would definitely recommend anyone passing by, it’s definitely worth the price. Only regret was not staying longer! Thanks for the wonderful stay!
