1.地理位置：地理位置一般，過馬路到水庫邊為一個灣（不夠開闊）且不乾淨，無商店且吃飯不方便（要一公里左右的地方才有飯吃）2.交通：需自駕（臨時路過住宿，未測試交通便捷度）3.床舒適度：床單乾淨整潔，床有些硬，枕頭適中。4.房間安靜度、房間整體清潔度及整體新舊程度：房間非臨馬路，非常安靜。房間整潔。民宿整體較新。5.配套服務：房間配有牙膏牙刷、洗髮水沐浴露，配有抽紙、熱水壺、拖鞋（非一次性）網絡流暢穩定，有空調，熱水穩定，無電梯，樓下可停小車。無毛巾，無瓶裝水、無電吹風。6.服務態度：老闆非常熱情。7.其他：優點——房間安靜、乾淨、整潔。遺憾點——無毛巾，無瓶裝水、無電吹風、就餐不方便。8.性價比：整體性價比非常一般（按自己定的價格是完全跟價格不搭）

這裡是新農村，有好幾户農家樂一起。
這家7號，地段更高
房間乾淨，但床很硬，感覺是木板床。衞生間乾淨，樓層高的要提前和老闆説開閘放水
價格便宜，酒店沒有浴巾提供
晚餐燒得可口，價格不貴
早餐10元，稀飯饅頭雞蛋蔬菜，挺好
這裏安靜，但周邊沒什麼好玩的，夏天據説可以游泳

最近在長途旅行中，基本每天都定住宿，從開化前往黃山的路上特地去吃了舌尖總導演推薦的途中飯店，吃完出來天已經黑了，着急忙慌地定了廳後人家7號民宿，跟着導航走，結果找不到，地圖定位錯了，正確的位置是看到圖一拐進去向坡上開。阿姨已經在門口等我們了，阿姨雖然不識字但是熱情純樸，房間乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，非常滿意。第二天早上打開窗簾，對面就是齊溪水庫。走到馬路對面順着攝影亭方向穿過小道就能下到河邊。太美了，還沒人。阿姨燒飯也很好吃哦，以後會再來的
