房間還不錯，在開化算是很好的酒店了。酒店工作人員看到你就會打招呼，非常熱情。吃早飯還有小禮物送，離店的時候也有，還是很貼心的。葉茵茵，左金華，楊平愛，徐志英這幾個服務人員很熱情哈～～

三清山回來因為堵車繞道誤入開化太晚就住下了，第一次來開化城區，國網充電樁都不能用，倒是開化國際大酒店給了我們很多超預期的東西，本來衹是趕路過夜的，入住的時候房型升了級，然後送來了水果和銀耳羹，早餐廳也超級意外，稀飯和榨菜是春節旅行以來最好的，然後開化非遺烤餅令人印象深刻，臨走時還送上了隨手零食包，在這裏特別感謝前台，送水果和銀耳羹的阿姨，餐廳迎賓姐姐和送零食包的阿姨，感謝各位送我們一個完美春節假期ending🐻不在開化住下就死在江西回浙江的高速上了

經常出行住店很少點平，但這次説一説， 在退房時一路走過開門打掃的一排房間，順帶一看，發現這些房間都有貴妃趟椅，沙發皮凳，配套小桌子。而我房間衹配一個僵硬的木頭椅子。同樣的江景雙床房， 瞬間感覺差距好大，這種感覺無法形容，看人下菜吧，看我比較老實吧，好説話的那種。圖一圖二我們隔壁的房間，圖三我的房間。
接下來:
和前台反饋，送小禮物想安慰我。
和攜程反饋一波三折，從酒店經理初八上班，到酒店答應補償現金券，再從攜程退款但是要關閉點評功能（後台取消訂單），這一刻，我衹想對酒店説，既然這麼在意名譽，為何我沒有收到酒店方面的回覆。最後攜程退款值得肯定。
前台小劉看到我們有二個小孩額外送了早餐券，這點確實值得一説

大年初一來旅遊入住，帶兩個孩子，服務人員態度很好，見面都會説新年好，客房部餘女士還晚間送了甜品很不錯，前台小劉也很好看見我們帶了兩個孩子貼心送上小禮物，還有餐飲部的人吃早餐看見我們喜歡喝酸奶還貼心送了一些讓我們路上吃，總體非常滿意，如果以後再來會再次入住

春節旅行臨時住開化一晚，前台升級江景房，夜景很美，還感受到開化國際大酒店各方面服務人員的熱情接待，客房部餘春燕徐慧雯晚上有銀耳羹，還有一次性足浴桶可以舒緩勞累。早餐廳楊平愛汪美英熱情餐飲服務，前台小段小劉還貼心送了咖啡甜點路上吃，再次感謝各位工作人員。

的確很出乎意料，新年中處處有暖意。入住時有歡迎水果點心，還有泡腳的精油，離開時竟然也有點心和濕巾，很適合旅途中使用，前台的小劉、小段，早餐廳的小楊、小左都很熱情，走廊裏的阿姨們也很熱情。早餐很豐富，房間很乾凈，暖氣也足，整體環境很舒適。這些年來，是難得碰到誠意滿滿的五星級酒店了，開化留下了好印象。
另，附近有家餘家菜譜值得推薦。

房間比較寬敞乾淨，二樓中餐廳服務態度特別差，而且食材都是預製菜合成肉，反正價格和品質不對等，一瓶酒店自己的380毫升的水賣5元 ，啥標註都沒有的那種
