Guoyunshan Residence (Xingshu Takata Store) is located 700 meters above sea level in Kaihua Gaotiankeng Village. It is a scenic spot in East China. In summer, you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. The spring water came down from the mountain and passed through the village, leaving a gurgling sound at every door. The water is so clear that just walking along the water's edge is healing enough. The village still uses the ancient method of fish farming handed down thousands of years ago: dig a fish pond in front of the house, citing mountain spring water. Fish swim happily in the living water all day, the meat is very delicious. 房子地勢高一些，位置好。管家給做了升級，房間有露台，浴缸，露台上可以看山聽雨。窗台外面就是古村落風景。風景特別好，很適合放空，床頭還有收音機，可以藍牙連手機聽音樂，氛圍感就來啦。客房管家服務也很好。去接我們，給我們拿行李。非常愉快的旅行。

絕對超值！酒店在山上，離停車場步行5分鐘左右，都是石頭路和石板台階，管家很早就聯繫你確認到達的時間，然後在停車場等着幫你拖行李，是真用小露營車幫你拖上山。房間位置可以俯瞰大部分建築，而且是在觀星台正對面！吃飯提前和管家預約，他會帶你去餐廳，都好吃都好吃。閑來露台上癱着喝喝茶看看山發發呆刷刷手機，浪費的時光才是賺到的😊

這次帶我女兒出去旅行，無意間看到這家酒店，被圖片宣傳吸引再遠都要過來看看，一路風景秀麗更期待目的地，到達後管家小桐早早停車場等我們，幫我們打傘拿沉重的行李，一路介紹這個優美的小村落，回到酒店去到陽台抬眼看去被治癒了，如詩如畫的風景，我妹妹一路上都在説值了值了，來對了，入住體驗感非常好，乾淨非常乾淨的一家酒店，下次還要去多住幾天，這次旅行因為有小桐管家讓我覺得非常舒心完美，感謝🙏

一家四口出來玩，本着開化避暑勝地去的，被暗夜天文館和裸眼看銀河吸引，本來想着山裡可能條件不好，沒想到這個古村落管理有序，人都是很親切的，過雲山居工作人員小李提前一天就和我聯繫，一路服務周到，有問必答，這是五星級酒店都無法達到的服務。晚上雖然有點小昆蟲但也絲毫不影響，在那麼高的山真的很不容易了。晚上看星空有工作人員給我們講解，第二天早上才得知是景區的負責人，好像姓竇，天文館也是他講解的，非常棒的體驗。青水魚餐廳的魚都是現撈的，之前在衢州市裡也吃過，但是感覺山裡的更鮮美，小賣部的飲料價格也都是比較合理的，這一個值得讓我推薦給小夥伴來遊玩的地方

房間佈局不是很合理，馬桶全開放有點奇怪。但是場外的景色很美，管家服務也很貼心！幫忙拿行李帶路等等，而且這裏確實能看到很美很美的星星，小村裡麪很安靜晚上，看星星賊浪漫！是個度假好去處！就是山路有點窄，有時候滙車有點麻煩。整體很滿意！

1、由於是新開酒店，也非熱門景區，需要通過層層山路自駕抵達，即使國慶假期也沒有人擠人，旅行體驗感不錯。
2、將當地民居土房改建成酒店，很有特色，但房間硬件實屬一般。我們訂的是星空露台房，馬桶設定在入户門後，且沒有任何遮擋，有點尷尬，設計師的問題；淋浴房下水不暢，地坪坡度倒反水，施工質量的問題；高配的房型居然沒有冰箱，衢州鴨脖放了一晚都變質了。
3、硬件不夠，軟件來湊，年輕活力的小桐給我們留下了美好的印象，給了我們很多幫助和建議，給她點贊。
4、開化的雞湯和清水魚給我們留下了深刻印象，也是近幾年吃到的數一數二的美味雞湯。
5、作為中國十一個暗夜星空保護地之一，是個人極其推薦的親子旅行目的地。縱使相隔500公里，高鐵+自駕才能前往，但我們仍然留有下次再來的想法。

管家幫升級了露台雙床房，房間衞生間設計有問題，地漏處高，洗澡穿拖鞋腳的都在水裡，白洗了，等早上8點半看淋浴房那灘深色的還是有水，星星就是這樣的不多，零零星星的，開了那麼長山路住這樣堪比五星酒店的民宿，不值，這樣的小鎮江浙一帶太多了沒啥好看

過雲山居位置在村子的最高處，視野特別棒，設施設備齊全，別看外面是黃牆，裏面裝修很現代，管家小桐特別熱情，夜裡帶我們去觀星台，體驗非常棒，帶孩子沒有壓力，非常推薦
