For me, this is a very good hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very friendly. The two requirements I noted when booking the hotel: clean and quiet were perfectly realized. Because the high-speed train is late, the lady at the front desk also helped me. The late check-out arrangement was particularly good. The hotel is next to what is said to be Jinming Pond, and the scenery is pretty good. The breakfast is also very rich, with fruit snacks, freshly ground coffee, and pasta. There are many kinds. The hotel is relatively close to the Kaifeng Museum and can be reached in a short drive. The Kaifeng Museum is worth a visit. I recommend it to everyone to see the ancient city of Kaifeng and the origin of the city. All in all, it’s highly recommended, with good service, good breakfast, and clean rooms.

It was a particularly good immersive experience. The hotel environment is beautiful, the accommodation is elegant, and all supporting facilities are complete. The waiters greeted us with smiles. The doorman was considerate and arranged our self-driving vehicle properly. During the meal service, Li Kaiqi from the breakfast department was very helpful. We provided meticulous and thoughtful warm service; during the dinner in the Chinese restaurant, the team led by the foreman Hao Jingjing also provided us with exquisite and delicious authentic Kaifeng local food. I took my two daughters on a staycation, and this hotel is very competitively priced compared to Zhengzhou. The pool is decent and the buffet is worth trying. Situated right next to a mall it offers enough to keep busy whilst being a springboard for sightseeing in Kaifeng. It would be good to be a little closer to downtown areas as you would need to rely on taxi services to and from to get anywhere. Still, I would come back again.

I actually forgot to take a photo of the room, only a photo of the reception lobby. There is a star sign of a three-star hotel hanging in the lobby. The room is so big, a bed barely takes up half of the space. In terms of facilities, the decoration and furniture feel a little bit old, but it does not affect the experience of using it. Generally speaking, the wooden furniture and floors, as well as the carpet at the end of the bed, make it feel very comfortable and warm. The location of the hotel is convenient. The Bianliang Xiaosong City is opposite the hotel. After entering the lobby, the concierge of the hotel greeted very warmly and helped with luggage. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

There were many massage chairs in the waiting room, but I had never tried them in order to save money. This time it was free, so I was rude and tried them several times. The toiletries in the hotel are also very high-end. This was my first time staying in a hotel and I didn’t use my own toiletries but used the hotel’s.
