Hotels in Songcheng road station area, Kaifeng

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I really enjoyed the hotel's overall style and the grand, comfortable decor. What truly stood out was the incredibly warm and professional front desk service; their attitude was genuinely excellent. They upgraded my room and even offered snacks upon check-in. Upon arrival in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hotel dinner was also quite good, and it was delivered to my room by very friendly staff. However, I must also point out some areas for improvement: The room's interior decor details were somewhat lacking, with many rough finishes that didn't quite match the hotel's supposed standard (see photos). Housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could be; I noticed hair and dust in corners that weren't properly cleaned (see photos). After checking into my room, I couldn't find any slippers despite searching everywhere, so I had to request some from room service. The disposable toiletries were of rather low quality; the slippers, in particular, shed fibers that stuck to my feet (see photos). While the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, honestly, the taste was quite disappointing. For instance, out of eight seemingly different cold dishes, four contained cucumber, making them indistinguishable, and I couldn't even remember their names. Furthermore, many dishes contained garlic. For someone with a garlic allergy, it was incredibly difficult to find anything edible among the many options. My suggestion would be to use garlic only when essential, omit it when possible, and refine the dishes to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. Finally, I must reiterate that the front desk staff were truly outstanding and incredibly responsive. They even offered a small gift upon my departure, thanking me for my feedback. In conclusion, this hotel is definitely worth revisiting, primarily due to its exceptional hospitality team. If they could address the decor details, housekeeping standards, and breakfast quality, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to being pleasantly surprised by improvements on my next visit! It was truly price-for-value for an international hotel. The room was clean & well-kept. Also, the buffet breakfast was free of charge. What impressed me most was the free laundry facility.

The hotel is far away from interesting tourist centers whats a disadvantage. Our suite was very large, with large windows and a nice view to a lake nearby. The service was normal good.

Apologies for not taking any photos, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay. We had booked an Executive room but were upgraded to a Deluxe room. It was very spacious and comfortable, featuring a separate vanity area. The air conditioning vents were cleverly designed with partial covers to prevent direct drafts, which was a thoughtful touch. The self-service laundry facilities were also excellent. After a day of summer fun with the kids, it was incredibly convenient to wash and dry our clothes. Breakfast offered a wide selection of nutritious options.

酒店位置還可以，附近吃飯很方便，去萬歲山和清明上河園打車就十幾分鍾。前台的小姐姐們服務態度非常熱情，三樓的自助洗衣很方便，早餐比較豐富，房間比預想中要大，衞生也很乾凈，枕頭床墊很舒服，總的來説還不錯。

The room is very good. I slept well and felt relieved. The environment is also good. The innermost part where I stayed was very quiet. I have poor sleep quality. This is a very good hotel and is worth recommending. Hygiene: The hotel entrance is fragrant and the room is spotless. Facilities: Smart curtains and advanced facilities. This B&B truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the comfortable bedding guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Parking was super convenient, which is great for anyone traveling by car. Right downstairs is a bustling snack street with endless options for food, drinks, and entertainment. The highlight was definitely the spacious terrace on the second floor; the views were breathtaking, and enjoying the cool breeze at night was incredibly relaxing. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, making the entire stay perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
