Kaifeng Hotels with Airport pickup service

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

The location of the hotel is very good. Wansui Mountain is just outside the south gate. It is also very close to the Qingming Riverside Park. You can basically walk there. The hotel shuttle bus can be sent to the door. The driver and the security guard at the door are very enthusiastic and considerate, and can provide help at any time. We booked an executive twin room. The room is very large, with a small terrace and a very wide bed, which is enough space for two children. The twin beds can be put together to form a 2.4-meter-wide bed, which is very comfortable for two adults and two children. The executive lounge has afternoon tea from 3 to 5 o'clock and is open from 5 to 7 o'clock (about this time). In the afternoon, I was too lazy to go out for dinner, so I just went to eat something. It was very suitable. Ordering food in the room was not expensive. Daily noodles, fried rice and pizza can basically meet the needs. There is a hot spring bath in the room. It is super comfortable to soak after a day of playing outside in winter. The gym and swimming pool are also super good. The swimming pool has three depths, which is suitable for adults to swim and children to play. The room cleaning staff and the staff with work number 1022 are also very good. The cleaning staff saw that we had a child, left a lot of water when cleaning the room, and folded a little rabbit for the child. All in all, this stay experience was very good. If I have the chance to visit Kaifeng again next time, I must stay here.

The room was clean and the service was very thoughtful But don't order this takeaway with four-flavored vegetables and lamb soup. The mutton soup is very difficult to drink. 😤😤😤

This hotel is located outside Kaifeng Old Town, on the edge of the new city, there is basically no supporting business next to it, a bit of the feeling of urban and rural integration, and the location has no advantage. The hotel lobby facilities are simple, empty and unpopular. I wanted to dine at the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel at night, but I was told that the restaurant could not be used. There were no dining around, so I could take a taxi to go out. The hotel said it was newly opened, but the health was not very good, the carpet was dirty, the screens were dusty, and the window screens could not be closed. The room is not soundproof. Let's talk about breakfast, it is also very simple, saying that it is rice noodles, in fact, fans, and it has not been cooked. The waiter wiped the table with a cloth to wipe the floor, which should not be. The service attitude and level of the staff also need to be improved! Overall not recommended.
