Excellent place to live. Hotel staff especially at Reception are of superb caliber, professional, lovely attitude as well as respectful.
The whole experience is worth for money and time.

Exceptional location with many eating options nearby. 4F has an open air courtyard which provides a good bird's eye view of the Kaifeng drum tower, perfect for photography.

We loved our stay here! Room was very cosy, everything was clean and new. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great! The location is also just perfect, you have everything you need near the hotel and the view is great. There’s street market with various delicious meals opening every night at the square just in front of the hotel. We had a great time there!

The hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, good location and friendly staff and what surprised me was the artificial intelligence in the room. The terrace was awesome as well.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean.
I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.
