Overall it was a good experience. The reception make us feel welcome and is helpful in giving us tips on where to go for food nearby. The cleaner and the guard are also helpful and friendly. Room (Premier Suite) is very comfy and clean with good quality amenities. It can start to get a bit noisy from 6am onwards if your room is facing the main street but it doesn't affect deep sleepers. Lobby is smoke free but some heavy smokers affect our room on the 2nd night which is near the lift.
location is good with local food options and a short drive to the main attractions and train stations.

The service staff who check us in was polite and tell us where to go and inform us of the Hot Spring bath room that the hotel has. The only thing is the additional services are expensive. Not worth doing the services. Location wise is strategic and within 开封府 and the 夜市.
