Overall very good, check-in sent small snacks, the room is also very big, there is also a laundry room, the first day stayed very well
It’s a pity that the air-conditioning was gone the next day. It’s really not good without air-conditioning in 30 degrees. I almost didn’t sleep for one night, and there is no solution at the front desk. At least some small fans should be equipped in the future.

辦理入住時坎坎坷坷，一開始等了10多分鐘前台還沒開好房間問他什麼時候開好，面無表情説系統問題沒弄好呢，態度很冷淡，這也就無所謂，看着年紀小也沒説什麼，然後店長又不在打電話給店長聯繫半天才開好房間，剛開門發現我們開的大床房開成標間了又下樓找前台換房間，明明他開錯了也沒句抱歉了話，進了房間後發現洗澡沒有防滑墊，沒有拖鞋，沒有沐浴露，洗漱用品盒子都長毛了，排風還轟隆隆的聲音，（不是正常聲音感覺要壞一樣）最主要的是床品都有污漬和破損都還在給我們用，大早上還沒起床就有施工的聲音，總之衞生，服務，壞境都不是很滿意，房卡是415還寫成了405

房間優點，空間比較大，設施也齊全，服務較好，還有個冷冰櫃，夏天旅遊用餐有這個肯定非常方便，交通也便利，早餐還不錯，早餐的工作人員也很好。缺點：房間有點老了洗手池氣味比較重，沒有涼拖鞋，洗澡不太方便，衞生打掃還有待提高，

優點：房間寬敞，早餐種類豐富，早餐阿姨態度特別好。停車場車位充足。
不足：前台態度冷淡。水龍頭洗臉盆特別臟，有些黃色的痕跡。一次性用具上有很多黑色的沙礫。空調很冷，這兩天降温但是室內衹能達到20度，以為中央空調不給力，結果第二天早上就可以升温了，強烈懷疑是晚上給關了空調。吃早餐回來後打不開房門，前台説可能是房卡消磁了讓我下樓去前台再刷一次，可是這是你們的問題卻要我跑一趟解決嗎？

第一：房間在六樓，早上七點外面都有很大的動靜，動靜一直持續到十一點，在六樓一點兒都不隔音，不敢想象住在低樓層有多吵鬧
第二：房間裏的電視是壞的，看不了，走廊的燈也是壞的，有一個燈一直滅不了，還一直閃爍，很影響休息
第三：我用積分兑換的延遲退房到兩點，依然有前台打電話，還説給我免費延遲到兩點，我自己兑換延遲的有，我也不需要你們給我免費延遲，這個行為打擾到我了。
總得來説體驗感非常差！！！！

攜程提前預訂的，還收到了酒店的訂單確認號，辦理入住的時候説系統找不到訂單訊息，説白了就是覺得我們提前預訂的便宜唄，當天非讓我們退了重新訂，價格差了一倍好吧，這是把人當**吧，最後還是攜程主動幫我們補了差價才順利辦理入住。其他的，如服務、早餐，不一一説了，有幸就自己去體會吧！
