洗漱間設備相對陳舊，木門及洗手枱靠近淋浴玻璃下面的模板都有開裂，浴缸下水漏水一個多小時沒放上水，還算乾淨，一個縣城的酒店本來預期值也沒多高。游泳館很好，泳館吧枱的大姐姐很熱心，怕我淹着，告知深水區，游泳結束還給了一個袋子裝泳衣，值得表揚，這次入住總體很滿意。過年加班員工都很辛苦，希望以後保潔大姐不要忘記放刮鬍刀，前台能像游泳館大姐姐一樣充滿熱情。推薦入住。

衞生臟，第一次房門還打不開又跑下去服務枱重新弄的，大廳水池裡魚都死了也不撈出來，衞生間蓮蓬頭漏水晚上啪啪滴水、空調嗡嗡響吵的不得了，馬桶裏面黃黃的，浴缸下水處銹跡斑斑，早餐種類太少，是我住過的酒店裡麪最差的了，完全不值520一晚的價格。

這是我住過最最最垃圾的五星級賓館，洗澡沒熱水，衞生間竟然還會出現蟑螂，晚上12點以後服務員説空調主機關了，早上8點才開，熱的沒辦法 給我搞來一台電風扇，我也是服氣了！

不會再來了。老酒店，設施老化，一種迴轉到90年代感，當時看到牆上的魚缸直覺就該放棄，可我沒有。院子很大，好車也不少。房價太高了，那麼自信又騙了我一把。房間洗浴水臭烘烘的，前台説是温泉，自己打的井。咱也不懂也不敢多問。早餐品種多，都是不精緻的樣子。唉，我太挑剔了，反正不再去了。呵呵。

運氣好，免費升級了個套房，不過，設備老了，剛開始洗澡間下不去水，然後熱水少，第二天早上起來沒熱水，等到七點熱水才來。希望能有改善。

住了一晚趕快退房。空調不明原因温度很低，冷得人不想上衞生間，不想洗澡；打開袋子，涼拖鞋臭氣熏天，趕緊繫上；衞生間又小又臟，僅容一人轉身；床頭電話是壞的；所謂庭院房就是窗户是一堆破敗的竹子；地面不知是太老舊還是太臟……太多想吐槽的，一下想不起來了，實在是對不起這個價格，想知道五星是怎麼評出來的，起碼的居住條件都不能保證，更談不上舒適，開封五星的標準跟其他地方不一樣啊！

酒店設施比較老，冬天去感覺暖氣不夠。酒店面積很大，對面就是一個超級大的吃飯的地方。正好在博物館和幾個景點的中心，去哪都差不多距離。
