前台服務態度不好，環境臟亂差，嫌棄顧客窮，説沒錢就不要來這住，訂的鐘點房四個小時讓提前半個小時走，説是阿姨收拾不完就讓他們加班，讓顧客先走，每次都要道德綁架，我是來住酒店的，不是來當聖母的，環境超級差，十個房間九個吹風機都是壞的，沒有客房電話，每次吹風機壞了，都要從四樓去一樓要，一兩個小時送不過來，你這酒店前台裝修的再好又怎麼樣，前台沒前台的樣子，辦理開房，內心十分不爽，設施完善不齊。
