洗手間返水，有明顯的異味。晚上有帶小孩的客人，開着門任孩子喧鬧，大人嗓門也不小，晚上十一點多還在吵吵，打了兩次投訴電話之後終於解決。酒店沒啥大問題，衹能説個別人出遊極度沒有素質，作為家長也不以身作則樹立好榜樣，蠻沒有責任心的。

房間挺不錯的，乾淨又大，在鄭開大道上，離西湖也近，早上和晚上散步非常方便。

酒店的早餐時間和攜程的不一致，去的時候收餐了，不過前台又幫我找了阿姨，拿了點吃的出來，雖然很一般，但也算飽了。

酒店陳設需要更新，地理位置還是不錯，距離幾個景區都很方便
