隔音效果太差，晚上走廊太吵，好不容易睡着，一點多對面的外賣到了，被外賣員的大喊聲嚇醒，一進房門就是廁所的重味道，房間也很小

除了地址出行比較方便以外，説不出一點優點。晚上步行街的廣播一直播到很晚。房間特別小，窗户也衹有一個小窗户，設施陳舊，沒有電梯，七灣八繞的，酒店水也不熱，而且門口沒有停車場，要停到很遠的地方，總之接近600元的價格，實在是不配。差評

環境OK，離鼓樓很近，缺點是床真的太差勁，床墊一邊是壞的，有一邊回彈非常非常非常差，床墊聲音也很大，注重睡眠的朋友就不要定了。奧對，還有國慶車非常非常多，這個民宿就在鼓樓商業街內，停車場位置離民宿不算遠，但是要開到停車場非常非常堵，非常非常堵！路非常非常窄，慎重考慮吧。

懷疑房間半夜被進入，水裡被下什麼東西了，住宿的兩天，孩子和我都噁心、嘔吐、肚疼、拉肚子，我夜裡把門反鎖了，網上查了説管理員卡可以開反鎖的房門，很不安全，大家避雷
